Carrie Solberg

Originally from a farm south of Bow Island, Carrie Solberg proudly calls Lethbridge home. Carrie attended the University of Lethbridge and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Carrie worked numerous years with youth and families in Lethbridge and surrounding areas. In 2007 Carrie moved to Playa del Carmen Mexico where she opened a small boutique wine store and eventually became part owner of a sports bar and grill. During her time in Mexico, she volunteered her time with numerous organizations such as the pet shelter, fire department, and the crisis center.  Returning to Lethbridge in 2012, Carrie began a career in Occupational Health and Safety and received her Diploma, with honors, in Drug and Alcohol treatment. In 2013, Carrie received her Health and Safety Administrator certification from the Alberta Construction Safety Association and focused on working with companies to develop, manage, and maintain their safety programs. In 2016 Carrie became a member of the Onsite Safety Management team and continues to work with numerous companies to ensure that safety is a priority in the workplace.
